Community Courses

Since fall 2022, SaLT has sought to connect our community with local ecosystems and food systems through community courses. Previous topics have covered optimum growing conditions for your farm or garden, introduction to fish species, ecology of the Gulf of Maine, and fish filleting and preparation. For 2025, we plan to offer a course each month. Through generous grant funding support we are now able to offer these courses on a donation basis. If you are interested in teaching a course please reach out to us.
